Hello thrillhouse, im afraid you can not retrieve tem.
In bitcoin, and overall in blockchain technology, reversing transactions is not possible. Once the bitcoin has been sent, they are going somewhere else and there is no way to get them back- except sending back from the address they were transfered to.

And there are two  reasons  why you haven't got any bitcoins:
One is that you sent only 0.0002 btc which is 20 k satoshi.
There is a fee on every transaction, currently the average number is around 30k,35k satoshi and you have sent only 20k.

The second reason is that you are still waiting for new blocks mined, you need few confirmations of the transaction to get them there.

I assume that the fee took most of the btc in transaction, however to check that, you need to paste your TXID ( transaction ID) into blockchain.info, or just paste it here to us.
Without TXID I cannot tell you what is the exact reason, but dont be afraid TXID isn't a sensitive data so you may give it here and we will look closely into your case.
