Best source for REAL-TIME DATA from different markets [API]

Hello.

I`d like to know what is the best source for real-time data from different markets (kraken, btce, bitstamp,...), different currencies (ETH/USD, BTC/USD,...).

More data there will be->better it is.

Time is a factor (no later than 1 minute delay, preferably in a real-time). API is also a must, as data will be processed.
