Let's imagine we are Bitmain, we don't use Asicboost on Bitcoin mainnet and we want to get rid of all allegations regarding asicboost.

Our ASIC chips, like those of some other manufacturers, have a circuit design that supports ASICBOOST. However, the ASICBOOST method has not been used by us on the mainnet.
What we could do? Invite a community elected inspection to our mining facilities? How we could convince them, that we didn't switch off Asicboost just yesterday?
What else? Suggest a BIP that renders Asicboost impractical?

Such a BIP was already proposed. The best thing Bitmain could do to convince people that they don't use covert asicboost is to support said BIP and not go and attack the author of said BIP (which they have unfortunately done).
