Hi guys,

I have two of these babies and currently getting 662mh/s.
I am using cgminer (best of the best, ckolivas you should be nominated for the NOBEL prize!!!:), GPU clock is 1100mhz and memory clock 1500.

Would you please share your results/mining tools/settings. I see some people are getting 725 out this card, is it different manufacturer or just different settings.

Stock GPU clock for this card is 925mhz and it feels like I am pushing them to their limits.

Thx a lot

I'm running mine at 1200 core, 1050 memory, 100% fans, with temps in the 78-80C range, turning around 710MH/s.

Need high quality, rack mountable GPU clusters for OpenCL work or password auditing?  http://www.stricture-group.com/

You didn't mention what algo but seeing your settings I assume its scrypt .I have an Asus 7950 Direct CU II which outperforms my other Sapphire Dual-X 7950, and has even better cooling. On my Asus I could get 650 kh/s with 1130 core/1650 mem and even higher I was amazed to see the memory  pushed to 1700 and runing stable while on Sapphire 1600 Mhz seemed to be the top despite the fact they both sporting hinix  I think . They are 7950s not 7970s though.

You're going to kill your fans if you run them constantly above 80%. Not worth the extra 30MH/s in my opinion.

At 100% fan and temps at 80C, sounds like he doesn't have much of an option.

7970 XFX DD

Max I can get for BTC: 660Mh/s, sure wish I could get em over 700.

The bad part is max on LTC is 525kH/s .... I must be doing something wrong here.

The card is really unstable when changing the intensity above 13 for BTC, I can get it to spike up into the 800s for a split second, then is drops back down, not sure if this is only for the XFX cards or the 7970s in general.....

gpu-engine 1050 (gpu speed in Mhz)
gpu-memdiff -150 (this means that the memory speed is slower than gpu speed by 150 Mhz) so 900Mhz

Only BTC minig.
