Opening a new website is praise-worthy, however regarding your approach to fees, How is it going to be different from the other online and PC based wallets? if we send 15 transactions at one time we would need to pay almost the same in fees per satoshi, so how is that solved?

Nailed it man. I also checked the whois of the domain at http://whois.ga/ and it turned up the domain is not purchased but a free one with Gabon TLD B.V. (the registry of .ga domains) as the administrator. This really raises an eyebrow. Perhaps he is using some free hosting too, might be found some nulled script somewhere and though of opening a trap in the pretext of low fees.
