is there any way to use a program like:

http://netcologne.dl.sourceforge.net/project/cpuminer/pooler-cpuminer-2.2.3.tar.gz

to mine feathercoins in linux shell?

Yes. You use the exact same settings you would to mine LTC, except you have to point your miner at your feathercoin pool.

the same miner. you just use another pool Cheesy
