Dear All Sifu,

Anyone facing problem with Moon Bitcoin referral statistic? I had just given my referral link for my friend to join, and I teach him how to join on the spot. But my referral page shown that I don't have any referral. Any idea?

I'm having issue with Moonbit.co.in. I promote my ref link actively, but recently I'm not getting new referrals. In past, referrals often joined website under my link, but now amount of total referrals isn't growing and I don't know why. Now I'm earning much less ref commission.

I was having the exactly same issue so I have removed them from my website because there was no point to promote them.

Mission impossible. Their contact email isn't working, they don't have topic on bitcointalk and they ignore messages on Facebook.

Then it seems like is a signal that the website is not sustainable with such payout. Then now they play tricks by not paying referral commission. Angry

I still get referral commissions paid out, and new referrals each week - although the price of BTC has reduced what I normally get.

Would be disappointed if they started shaving commissions as it is a high 'earner' for me. There's not many other faucets that are reliable, and also offer same/equivalent payouts.

FYI I have just over 1100 referrals.

I have the same problem, with around 600 referrals. I noticed a drop in referrals being counted and earning from them.
Also they've been adding lots of popups and popunders that make claiming really hard (often getting an error when reloading the page, or redirect on claim with no coins added to the account)

Looks like it will close down soon

maybe your account has been blocked for some reason?

Shortly after complaining here, I noticed that number of my referrals started to grow again and now I receive more commission. Maybe they fixed this problem.

I have this problem when I try to claim using my smartphone browser. When I claim using PC browser, everything works fine.

It´s been a very honest foucet for years. I have many refs as well, but most recently i have been wondering why there is not any new refs joining on my account. I wonder if there is an issue or it is actually something else.

Just an update on my June 15 post...

In about 7 weeks, I've gained about 400 referrals and the ref. income has increased as well. Still haven't had any problems at all w/ Moon Bitcoin Smiley.

And yay for my referrals Cheesy.
