They are so incompetent it is not even funny. I have yet to be able to get 1 cent out of my account in weeks. My fund transfer requests have been bouncing between "todo" and "error" statuses. When the requests get the error status, they didn't let me know that there were errors, and they didn't even attempt to fix the error or they just didn't notice the errors. I had/have to check my transaction history and contact their customer support to get them to fix the problems. Of course it then would take them 1 or 2 business sessions to respond to say that they are working on the problem, and then another 1 or 2 days to actually work on the problem. If you are lucky, they would solve the problem the first try, but of course I was not one of the lucky few.
