It's not good action from him because I already sent him my own psd 2 weeks ago (+ some days) and he only told me that he had some projects and wasn't able to start working but I sent him message one week ago and no answer from him. P.S this was vouch which he didn't do, so I write this to avoid issues in future.

There are some priorities in my life. I am already working on a  $2000 project with my own family friend and didn't had any time. Sorry for that.

OK, than waiting for my PSD to be done in html/css but remember that you have to warn me about that, not only me, your future customers.
Hope you will continue finishing my psd into html, I am also developer and will write how good job will be done from your side.
