hello, im gonna start up some alt mining while i farm btc.

but the list of old motherbards is long and would be nice to get some info on newer boards that can take 6gpus´s

i tried the search bar, but there are so many posts.

any chance someone got a link or a post with useble boards that is up to date?

thanks

Seems like people just don't have answers, or don't want to share them. I've been trying to figure it out myself for a couple days now to no avail.

I believe anything with a Z170 or Z270 chipset.. And obviously with sufficient slots on the mobo itself.

Biostar TB85 (not sure if still in production or not, but newegg had them recently) and Biostar TB250 (new model so they should have more in production now) are both designed to mine with 6 GPUs right out of the box. If you find any grab them fast cuz they will sell out quickly.
