I sell Facebook applications with publish_actions permission approved.
Publish_actions permission gives you the power to make posts and comments on user's behalf.
Everything you post on user's wall is seen by his/her friends...from here you decide what to post,viral things, ads, videos etc.
Who is in this business knows better than me how to use better the apps, I just create them.
I don't have a standard price for apps,it depends everyday of approval ratio, of what offers are making the buyers, etc.
