Moreover one important thing I want to tell you, please never mention that you want to lend 0.49 btc or something like that in particular because then people just try to juice that amount from you. Rather simply mention that you are giving loans. I guess that will be more than enough.

Also the bitcointalk accounts here are being traded in hundreds now a days and you may fail in valuing accounts so don't give a loan just because of you will see a request from legendary or hero member.

I mean to say do not simply give loan based on account value but by evaluating how much that account has established here. I believe this way already people are giving out loan even without collateral. (I am not suggesting to provide lending services without collateral but I just want to point out that accounts are not enough collateral).
