How do you withdraw cash from MTGox?

Is there a way to withdraw cash from MtGox? I can't find it.
And I mean like to a bank account, or some kind of voucher or something.

And if someone understands how to get cash off of AurumXchange, that would be cool too

Click on the "Funding Options" option. Then click on "Withdraw Funds" tab. On the right side of the box is a "Add Withdraw Method" button. Click that to begin the process. Here is a video tutorial: https://mtgox.com/press_release_20120418.html
