When will btc-e Honor hacked Accounts

It is coming upto 28 hours since we reported to btc-e that our account had 24 btc stolen from their system being breached

What\How can we get btc-e to return the funds ?

Or are they just stealing from random people and pulling "its not my problem"

Also  another friend transfered $400 usd to btc from gox and it never turned up either

What is going on this exchange !!!!!!!!!!!!!?
