I have my bitcoins in my electrum bitcoin wallet. Now I want to send them to Silk Road. I have no idea how to do so and I realllllyyyy do not want to fuck it up  Cry Please help anyone!

Somewhere in your account settings there should be a Bitcoin address you can send deposits to. Just send your coins to the address. Don't worry if they take a few hours to appear in your account - it takes time for them to pass through the mixer.
