Could YOU (the good folks here at bitcointalk) please explain to me in toddlers terms how do I do a token swap In MyEtherWallet?
I understand you need some capital for the blockchain fees? (ethereum) is this correct? Please help...

Every transaction must have GAS. So you can spend your token if your address have fund / balance ethereum.
Just deposit "ETH" then you go for spend out your token.
