it is a getting rich quick scam running wild, nothing more to it.
it is all about wild wild west getting rich quick scam ico's nowadays,  when it's done then your bitcoin is gone. most using this scam etheriuem as their base for scam ico because most people like it, they think dark force is behind it.

Seems like an well organized project.The Core team also looks  well experienced.
 However,personally I don't like the project or their concept. They've derailed too much from the core of an 'alt-coin project'.According to their white-paper their end goal is to

convert fiat into any cryptocurrency. Buy or sell your favorite cryptocurrency in just a few clicks
with peace of mind, knowing that your funds are safe and you are dealing with a trustworthy
organization.

They want to make it commercial since the beginning.I'm not ready for this yet.Not until we see a paradigm shift in terms of tech and security.

Please read on the previous discussion, it looks like they're using the same design with previous scam ico. But this project is really suspicious in my mind. We will need more analyzation to determine that is really a good project. I just take the point about his escrow. their idea is really dumb in my opinion.

They changed their thread from unmoderated to moderated because they cannot stand investigations and criticism  that's make this a suspicious project,they told people that they want to protect early investors but the fact is investors wants to know if what they are investing is legit so it's really is suspicious.
