This makes me remember of the recent invasion of fake giveaways on twitter. Whenever someone known in the cryptospace posts anything, there is a impersonator account with 2k likes doing a "giveaway" and other 5 accounts with 1k like saying that they doubled their money.

Provably fair result can be rigged only if player knows server seed and there is no possible way for player to know it, unless someone hacks server or something, but that is really long shot.
Topic is misleading, OP looks like he want to sell that file.

Probably fake video with fake responses, but it is interesting that you posted download link and not link to youtube video.
No one should download that file especially not pay for it, it might be malicious or contain hidden balance stealing code.

Thanks for this! I'll now remove the link! Someone had a been duped by this , I later asked him. He was quite unlucky though.
