it seems he accept paypal to bitcoins but no less then $1000 order and this is alone a sign of scam

the other thing is he doesn't allow for comments on his service announcement thread . i mean really ?

The domain he has bought is a dot net domain. He does not even has a commercial dot com domain. If he does not allow less than 1000 usd transaction then he might not be legit. Prevention is better than cure. Try exchanging with trusted people on here or with trusted exchangers.

When I see something like that, there are 99% chances to be a scam.
After I opened their website, I'm 100% sure there is a scam one.
Save your money and your time: forget about them
