I'm not talking about the password used to access the account, I'm talking about the seed/passphrase they give you once you create an account on their site. I want to know how Its generated? BIP39, BIP32, BIP44? Or in other words, Is it possible to import the seed somewhere else?

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

I heard about this topic somewhere else in this forum and they said that it will works because I'm little curious about it, then I give it try by myself. I import my seed from blockchain.info's wallet (12 passphrases) to my electrum,  I just put my seed and click option, check the 'BIP44', then click next and it works. So my answer to your question is yes, only for electrum, I don't know if it will work also to others like core or mycelium.
EDIT: But when I tried earlier to do it again it shows 'BIP39' though it works also.

if you are talking about the "recovery phrase" that blockchain.info gives you then i believe it is BIP39.
i am going to put some links here but use them at your own risk i have not reviewed them and i have not read anybody else reviewing them. i have found them once before through google and tested with a throwaway blockchain.info account and it works:

It can use both BIPs since you guys gave two different answers? I assume It can't... so how exactly to know? simply typing it in the given website is enough? or It will give results whether the seed is correct or not?

i don't think these BIPs have anything to do with each other to use them both, although you have to check the BIP description itself to make sure.
and as for the site, yes you put in the "Seed" and it generates the master private keys and a list of addresses with their private keys at the bottom (Derived Addresses)

although as i said, check the code first. then run offline.
