I am interested in what the community thinks about how I should auction them.  These are 10 originals in perfect condition from the first 100 made and they are consecutive serial numbers.  They were each funded with .1 BTC in 2014.  I believe max stopped taking orders for batches with consecutive serial numbers early on but I might be wrong, please speak up if you have consecutive serial numbers too.  I think he said it messed with his work flow or something.

Some questions for you.  Should I auction them separate or as a batch?  One big auction or a bunch of smaller or individual auctions over time?

Feedback welcome.

Did you break the seals off or leave on after loading?

I would think you'll get more BTC and sell to more people genuinely looking for them if you break them up.

Break them up.  Otherwise someone will just buy the entire set and sell them individually to eat your lunch.

Benefits to doing both solo sells and as a batch - an interested collector might buy them all as a unit at a premium.

One auction allowing users to bid on any of the coins (serial number of their choosing). That way you would cater to a larger audience and get all sold in one auction.

Interesting Cheesy

Would love if they all be sold as a bundle as destroying a full set would suck

I like this idea. Or a model like Technomage's Denarium auction... highest bids gets first pick rather than bids tied to numbers.

Nice batch, I tend to agree with others were breaking it up may fetch you more.
Auctions with all 10 items at once are very fun.  Smiley

I also think this is the way you are going to get the most BTC out of this set right now.  It does seem a shame to break up 10 consecutive low serials of the original Kialara.  I'd hold them if I were you, but I will also bid on some of them if you don't  Cool
