Looks like the owner dont have time to pay what you are win and op if its true he also win and hit 10k..
And i think they are just a small business with small gambling casino.. and they should change their site if they are not really paying they should remove the gambling instead..
I think the owner of the site is here member of this forum i don't remember his name but he is member of this forum and promoting this site before..
The best that you can do now is to contact them and maybe they can give you reason or paying what you are winning ..
