I'm currently mining at coinmine.pl with around 2ghs for power from baikal.

Please share your current Baikal Setup, pools and settings you have.

P2Pool
Any special tweaks to mine at P2Pool?
Is it better to mine on a node with higher hashrate?

Coinme.pl vs dashpool?

Miningpoolhub
What configurations do you use?

I mine MonetaryUnit (MUE) at https://pool.weminemue.com/ with my baikal miners (quark algo)

Calculator has shown it to be a bit more profitable than dash mining recently.

Before I mined MUE  I mined dash at suprnova.. although I have heard good things about coinmine.pl

I just use zpool from the default configs.  Only thing I change is the password to add the miner name, coin and set difficulty to 1.

smb1,c=BTC,d=1,x11=0.5,x13=0.5,x14=0.5,x15=0.5,quark=0.5,qubit=0.5
smb2,c=BTC,d=1,x11=0.5,x13=0.5,x14=0.5,x15=0.5,quark=0.5,qubit=0.5
etc . . .

They have been running solid for months.

One note, if you use the the default settings for the pools within the GUI, double check the port numbers against the actual pool.  I know Mining Pool Hubs ports within Baikal are incorrect, at least on the version I have.  I had to change them to match the website.
