New Bitcoin Slack

I made a slack chat open all bitcoiners.  All the current slacks are either development team specific or market specific, so this can be a place where anyone can go regardless of their affiliation and talk about whatever they want.

There is a chat for the core repo, the unlimited team, bitcoinmarkets, bitcoin classic... there can be no official chat as there is noone in charge of bitcoin.
