Seeing as how there's no exchange for these yet, I'm left with trying to get them off the forum from people.

I'd really be interested but i'd like to know the process that ppl go through to not get ripped off for their coins (i.e. if I send my coins and the other person doesn't send me his).

Or if there isn't a perfect way to do it, whats the "safest"? Does it include talking to the person on skype?

Escrow is safest if you can find someone trustable who deals with both alt coins.
