The Sapphire RX 480 Nitro and The Sapphire RX 480 Nitro+ have same speed?

im have one unit of sapphire rx 470 4gb im have 2 units of sapphire rx 480 nitro+ 4gb

but today im purchased more two vga cards, but im purchased the sapphire rx 480 nitro (not +).

but the speed of this card is only 22 mh/s why?

my RX 470 without Overclock do 24.5 mh/s

in the sapphire site the specifications of sapphire rx 480 nitro and nitro+ are the same, have same clock

what is the problem ?
