I am looking for a loan to Upgrade my AC for my Rental Property.

I have a tenant in my rental for another 1 1/2 Years.
It is managed by a property management company.
My Monthly rental Income is $1300, my Monthly expenses are $950
In June I will be with my current employer for 10 Years as a Senior Network Specialist.
In addition I am running my own Web, Virtual and Dedicated Server hosting business.
