Hey, i created paper wallet on https://moneroaddress.org/

Then i downloaded client from https://getmonero.org/downloads/

I have windows 7

I opened paper wallet with mnemonic seed. When i go to settings -> show seed & keys then everything is correct - secret view key and secret spend key + there are automatically appeared Public view key and Public spend key.

When i go to settings -> rescan wallet ballance, then i got statement "Sucessfully rescanned spent outputs", but i have balance 0. I sent monero from poloniex exchange and public address which i sent to is correct. What i could do wrong? Network status: connected.

I have some problem with client as well. After some time there shows "monerod.exe has stopped working" and it disconnects my monero client.https://image.prntscr.com/image/M3uVwNxHRUyESEocjpPHyw.png

Thank You for helping me.

How long did you allow the wallet to sync to the network?  I've heard it can take over 24 hours.  I'm not sure about monero, but in most cases I don't think new transactions will not show up until the wallet has fully synced.  Hopefully someone more familiar with monero will chime in.

Hey, i solved this problem. I deleted C:\ProgramData\bitmonero\lmdb\data.mdb and then synchronized monero again. Program doesn't crash anymore and it works fine Smiley
