best miner and setup with 2x5850

hey, im sure this has been asked before, but i couldnt find any directly related to what i was after

im after the best settings for my 5850 (1 ref, 1 non ref xfx) and the best miners to use for both bitcoin and litecoin

i will be using the same computer for a variety of reasons, and i am wondering what i write as the instructions? i was using -v -w 128 or something like that back ine arly 2012 but i heard there were better instructions

all advice would be greatly appreciated

speed = 720MH/s

Drivers & Miner: ubuntu 12.04 / catalyst 13.1 / amd-app-sdk-v2.8 / adl-sdk-5.0 / CGMiner 2.11.4
