I have a good idea for new Altcoin. What's next?

Hi friends,
My account on this forum is new. But I've read here for a long time. I'm mining LTC and investing in some coins. I like BTC, LTC, GRC, NEM, XRP.
I think cryptocurrency will improving our world. But most of alt coins are useless.
I have a good idea. Base on that, we can build a very good alt coins. It will be used by billions of people every day. Sound crazy, but scrypto is a crazy world . We have seen many crazy ICOs. 
My idea will improve a small thing in our life. But I'm not a developer, and I have not resource to implement my idea.
Please advise what should I do.

It is quite hard actually, to start a legit, project for a new Altcoin. As you have probably already seen, most of these coins have something like 5+ people, working full time jobs, as developers and others, so you would actually need quite some money to start this. You could go for an ICO, where you gather initial investments, and use some of them to pay your workers. But you still need some money in order to make a whitepaper, website, plans for the coins, maybe some testing.

You can begin in few different ways.
For instance, create a github org, start putting your smart contract code/website & whitepaper up. Link and try to gauge a response. You might find a few people interested, and want to help.

You'll need to be an advocate, and have the motivation to continue development.
