Like what the earlier poster has said, this does not provide enough details on the exact thing you wanted neither did you make available the compensation plan. I would be skeptical if all the deals cannot be done on the forum rather than via  Skype and even the task is not fully outlined to make it understandable.

I am interested to do this job if not anyone take this job yet.I have experience in posting Craigslist ads and have workers.if you post details about your job I think many people will apply and you can find best one.also you need to provide details about job.which section you want to post your ads and how much you will paid for each live ads.

This means you are using some words or arranging some set of words which is being decoded as spam by their automated system.
I think you need to rewrite your advertisement in words which will camouflage the matter yet convey the message you are trying to post in Craigslist.
