Good news.  I don't see any competing transactions waiting to confirm, nor do I see any confirmed transactions that would make this a double-spend transaction.  Therefore, you don't need to worry about double-spend yet.

Bad news.  This transaction only paid a transaction fee of 0.00000020 BTC per byte.  The current recommended fee for fast confirmation according to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/  is 0.00000300 BTC per byte.  Therefore, this transaction is not going to confirm very quickly.  You might have to wait many days or weeks for it to confirm.

You should complain to hashnest and let them know that you refuse to do any business with them if they don't learn how to pay an appropriate fee on their transactions.  In the meantime, you might be able to use CPFP or a transaction accelerator to get the transaction confirmed sooner.

ViaBTC.com has an accelerator, but they only accept 100 free accelerations per hour.  You might also be able to pay for acceleration if you can't get hashnest to fix the problem.
