Liqpay to BTC-E?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has experience with facilitating transactions on BTC-E through Liqpay?

Information surrounding the topic, seems fairly patchy. As if they reluctantly accepted it.

Could anyone shed some light?

additionally, In another post, someone mentioned that they don't accept deposits unless you have a verified address.

Can this be bypassed by another means of verification such as SMS? or connection with verified paypal?
