you have two choice, if you want to go with nvidia the best are 1070 and 1080, if you can find the 1080 11gbps it's better has faster memory, if you want to go with amd buy the 570 or 5780 or wait for vega this summer, you can buy on amazon or ebay, i prefer amazon they have a very great return policy

Depends on what you want to mine. If you want to mine ETH or Zcash I'd look around for any 4th series AMD cards left, but I doubt you'll have much luck. Big miners have already bought them out almost completely, we'll probably have to start buying 5th series cards although they still need tweaking.

You should check out other threads because this question was asked multiple times, long story short if you're planning to mine zcash get gtx 1060/1070/1080/1080ti, if you're going to mine eth get rx 470/480/570/580, mostly get the cheaper option but get the msi if you want better cooling.
