Changelly.com scam, support don't reply at 2 mail in 20 days

Hi, 04/22/2017 I send them 0.00012326 bitcoin for test if work exchange between bitcoin and etherum. Never I receive nothing. I write them 2 email to support. Never reply me.

A service if don't work but reply to you and help you is unreliable. But a service that don't reply you and don't help you and take your money is SCAM.

In case you haven't send a PM (with above information) to their representative on this forum, I suggest doing so or simply post on their thread. Personally I've used them once last year and didn't had an issue although there's been few reported errors from their side (in which they solved quickly).
