Let this be known that I have extended this offer to BTC guy:

I could sign a GPG contract stating that if Matthew were willing to deal with you (as per what you demanded in the first PM and Matthew responded), I would then release the funds to your creditors, or return to you if Matthew was not willing to deal with you after sending the escrow in.

And got rejected stating various reasons from 'wanting to feel he has won' and 'ITS A POWER TRIP.'
