Motherboard (x370 msi pro carbon) will only detect 3 of the vega 56 GPUs. The 4th shows up in windows 10 pro but is not able to be used. I have disabled the onboard audio, etc... but nothing.

What am I missing?

Search for 4th Gen pci-ex in bios
and update if it avialable
