Open time for start sell/buy like wall street

Hi comunity

I have a doubt regarding to trade Bitcoin in order to the open and close time, I mean, for example Wall Street start at 9:00 am and close at 4:00 pm (just an example I don't know the exact time).

Now for Bitcoin how it works? it doesn't have an open time and a close time? we don't have get benefits on gaps? can we buy/sell all day all night without difference on time?

I use kraken for trading.
