is the currect price high and risky for investing?should i wait till it goes down or invest some btc to neo?

whats your opinion will neo grow much more or will go down again?

I think it will grow but there are Always Dips. Right now would be a Bad entry Point . But if you Plan to hodl Long time. Just Split your Investment and keep buying every week. There is No need for fomo.
