Oh there's always a commision involved and the bank transfer charges are extra.
You can deposit this yourself but then there is the whole No-No of RBI from preventing Indians from trading in FOREX & considering BTC is a currency you MIGHT run into some troubles if you disclose the reason why your are funding yourself in OKPAY.
on the other hand I have already funded my okpay twice so far ! So if you need THIS service of mine let me know.

I will never transfer the okpay funds that I deposited myself to anyone.
I will simply take your money and deposit into My account and THEN transfer that money to you. That way you only pay me the comission and all the transactions charges are born by you.
I am not exactly selling Okpay, I am doing the BANK TRANSFER from India to Okpay - on behalf of you, that many find hard to do as they have to explain their motives for funding their okpay to their bank.
Since Forex is kinda illegal in India most banks dont allow this.
Oh & you also will have to wait the entire duration which Ceska Sporitelna and Axis will take to process the transaction.
