Dogecoin core [bootstrap issue]

Hello everyone, I wanted my Dogecoin Core wallet back in order, and decided to download the 12.5 GB bootstrap file available, but I am supposed to put it into Appdata / Roaming / Dogecoin but the folder does not exist

I then put it into my main folder "Dogecoin" which is located in A:/Software but it does not boot the file up, it says 3 years and XX months behind, what is the issue here?
