http://www.frys.com/product/9050147?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG

I got the following motherboard and it works great no issues. I run simpleOS and 6 card setup.
I know its expensive but i tried gigabyte 990fx, z170a from msi etc but had a lot of issues.

Hope that helps.

Asus Prime Z270-ar
it has 7 pcie slots but i am only running 6.

Biostar TB85 or Biostar TB250-BTC are plug and play ofr 6 GPU systems, but they sell out fast whenever they come in stock. I can still find them, but they are marked up allot. The Asrock H81 Pro BTC and it's cousins (can't recall exact names) are also designed for mining with 6 GPUs, but they are even harder to find now. If you search these forums you will find some other, non mining specific motherboards that will work with 6 or more GPUs if you do the right tweaks etc. Don't buy any motherboards that are not confirmed to be working with 6 GPUs, because they probably will not work and will lead to allot of frustration.
