blockchain.info wallet transaction with $1.3 fee unconfirmed :(

Hi,

I've completed a transaction on my blockchain.info wallet yesterday with a fee rate of 115 sat/B.  It's still unconfirmed after nearly 20 hours.

Due to huge unconfirmed transactions on the blockchain network https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions there's big possiblities that it will took longer to confirm your transaction. And according to https://bitcoinfees.21.co you need to have a fee with  270 satoshis/byte which results of 61,020 satoshis 0.0061 recommended fee for faster confirmation.

it has been over 4 days and i'm still waiting confirmation for my transaction with the ID :

i tried viabtc tx accelerator lot's of time but i couldn't find the suitable time for it (always busy).

can anybody please help me about rebroadcasting the transaction or cancelling it?

It's 635 byte transaction, but I accelerated it just now viabtc. It should be confirmed asap.
