As stated in title.  I'm willing to go first to trusted members ONLY, and at my discretion.  This is roughly the preev rate with a little bit in favor of whoever sells me the BTC.

This is one of the reasons I want to do deals out in the open.  The only thing that needs to be communicated in private is the PayPal address.
