I would like to transfer some euros on btc-e. I do not understand how to do it. They have weird transfer options. What do you suggest?

If you can't use their payment options, just buy your bitcoins somewhere else and transfer them to btc-e. You should be able to use okpay from Europe, but if you're having problems try:
