I deposited $ 1000 to XAPO on 12 th May however they didnt define it to account yet.

did anyone use XAPO before?

Can you provide more details on this?
You deposited bitcoin worth $1K? Where is the TXID then? Or is it on fiat? Did you check if you successfully sent the $1K to them?
Have you already contacted the support regarding this cause 13 days is quite long . If yes, What did they say?
did anyone use XAPO before?
A long time ago when I was into faucets. lol.

Only their support can give you the answers and can solve this problem so you should contact them first I don't know if someone from their team that has an account here also so you should contact them also but you have to use the search function first, or just google it since I never use xapo eversince I just made an account their lol

I personally don't use them because they are an online wallet but Xapo have a huge userbase. Have you took in consideration that your transaction is probably not confirmed yet? If they require a number of confirmations like most of services, Its likely that Its the reason. If your TXID is confirmed on the blockchain then you may want to contact the support.

Clear up what you mean by "deposit".

Did you add/deposit funds to your Xapo account so you could buy BTC? or
Did you send btc to your Xapo wallet?

If it was the latter then you'd have a transaction ID which can help support confirm the transaction and credit it to your funds. So long as the transaction has been confirmed.

But, I think you probably mean you added funds to your Xapo account to buy BTC or whatever. If this is the case, you'll still go to support. Explain what happened and be ready to provide the 'proofs'of your deposit, like the bank deposit slip or whatever it was you used.

Either way, your best option is to contact support.

Are you sure that you did deposit $1,000 to them? I find it already shady if until now it is not credited to your account. Can you show us some history of transaction on your xapo account?

I sent 1018$ wire transfer with SEPA on 12th May.

SEPA transfers hit bank accounts in 2-3 business days.

But still XAPO is not defined my 1000$ or send back my money.

I already contacted them several times. but no resolve..

very unfortunate that this case happen on xapo service, it can give bad impact to their name. So far i use xapo, all going smoothly and not get any problem but for now maybe i should left xapo because the fee so high to sent bitcoin is around 0.0014 btc per transaction. So keep contact them with your proof till they credit your account this is only the best way for your case

There aren't much things how we can help you. Xapo is known for extremely slow support, but only they can solve your problem. $1018 is a big amount of money and it's not normal thing that you gave to wait for your deposit half a month. I hope your issue will be solved soon.
