Error while flashing the VBios

Hello I have Custom Bios for Sapphire Rx480 Nitro+ OC 8gb.

while flashing the cards some cards give this error.

Not even the Force flash command is working on these cards.

Can anyone guide me through this new challenge I am facing. has anyone any idea what to do here. ?

you make wrong bios, what program did you use to edit bios?
