I bought some bitcoins through CoinMama. I thought I sent it to my Electrum wallet.
However, CoinMama says that it is pending and says "Please verify your wallet. Check your email inbox for a confirmation email."
No email for confirmation on Electrum's part, not even in junk.
How do I even know my Electrum wallet is set up all the way? I am not even sure that I used the right receiving address to get these bitcoins in my Electrum wallet.

Somebody please help me, I am so lost and don't even know where to start.  Huh

Electrum doesn't send you emails. Any receiving address on the "addresses" tab of a normal Electrum wallet should work.

It's likely the case that CoinMama sent you a confirmation email to approve the transaction. Check for an email from them, check that the address you provided came from Electrum (either Receive or Addresses tab), and once everything looks good, you should be able to approve the transaction.

I don't think I sent the bitcoin to the right place. The money is already out of my bank account, but it's not in my Electrum wallet.
If I cancel the order from coin mama, would i get my money back?
I might try a different wallet, such as blockchain

Changing wallets isn't going to help you. Blockchain is also problematic with bugs and security flaws. You should check the status of your coinmama order, and possibly contact their support team for assistance. Where did you get the address that you provided to them? From somewhere in Electrum?

I've contacted their support team. They emailed back basically saying they are busy and will get back with me later.

I got the address from Electrum, yes. I went to Receive > Receiving Address.

Copied and pasted, thinking it was right address. Am i wrong?

No, that's the correct address.

Via CoinMama. So I did send it to the right place, but it should just take a couple days for me to see it appear in my wallet, correct?
