sadly had a bad experience with Multibi (it crashed) so switched to Electrum and of course, didn't up the mining fee/sat/B

It looks like your transaction has already confirmed. In order to help prevent issues with delayed confirmations in the future, you should ensure you are running at least version 2.8.2 of Electrum with Dynamic Fees enabled. Move the slider more to the right if it is taking a long time to confirm.
