Hey,
I am using Blockchain APIv2 . I am using Blockchain module which generates new address, as soon as exact amount of payment hit the address , It mark invoices as paid. Everything was working fine then recently, Gateway module stopped working. I installed the updated version of the payment gateway module, entered API key as well as xPUB and saved the details. Checked the working of module as if module in generating new address for payment and amount in BTC and everything was working. I got relaxed that module is working fine and clients could make payment .... Few clients made payment in those days and all invoices were marked paid as expected , I didn't checked my wallet for payments ... after 2 3 days, I logged in to use received funds, I went into Blockchain logged into my account and found that new payments are not showing up in my account. I got worried and contacted blockchain for the issue. I changed my Wallet xPub in shopping cart and further payments were showing up ...
Now I was testing different things to replicate the issue with small payment or check if everything is fine now and I am not going to loose any further payments. I created a new wallet few hours back and now sent test payment, again payment didn't hit my account. I went to check if wallet for address and wallet is not showing up.
I suspect that due to same issue my previous payments didn't show up.
Any solution? I checked some other threads in bitcointalk one of the thread suggested forgot indentifier and then log in with previous address, it did work for that guy but didn't work for me . Any solution.. I am having backup words for account recovery but not having private keys saved with me ..
